Tune-Up Club FAQs

How is this different from a one-time tune-up?↓

A one-time tune-up runs $89–$149 and covers just that visit. The Tune-Up Club includes two visits per year (spring and fall), priority scheduling so you skip the waitlist, a 15% discount on any repairs we find, and a price lock — your rate never increases as long as you stay a member. You get more coverage for less than the cost of one-off visits.

Can I cancel anytime?↓

Yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and no cancellation fees or penalties. We don't believe in locking people into contracts they don't want — if you're not getting value, you should be free to leave.

Does the plan cover repairs?↓

The membership covers the cost of two tune-up visits per year. It does not cover repair parts or labor, but members receive a 15% discount on all repairs and the service call fee is waived. That savings often pays for several months of membership on a single repair.

What if I have two AC systems?↓

The base membership covers one system. Add each additional system for $9.99/mo. So two systems would be $29.98/mo total — still significantly cheaper than separate one-time tune-ups for each unit.

When do I schedule my first tune-up after joining?↓

We call you within 48 hours of enrollment to schedule your first visit. You don't need to chase us down — we reach out proactively to get you on the calendar at a time that works for you.
