How is this different from a one-time tune-up?↓

A one-time Protek tune-up is $59 and covers one visit. The Tune-Up Club ($299/yr per system, or $24.92/mo) is built around year-round coverage: a FREE Protek Pulse smart thermostat with remote monitoring and 2 remote performance tests a year, two in-person tune-ups (spring and fall), 15% off any repairs, priority scheduling so you skip the waitlist, the service call fee waived ($89 value), and a price lock as long as you stay a member.

Can I cancel anytime?↓

Yes. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and no cancellation fees or penalties. We don't believe in locking people into contracts they don't want — if you're not getting value, you should be free to leave.

Does the plan cover repairs?↓

The membership covers the cost of two tune-up visits per year. It does not cover repair parts or labor, but members receive a 15% discount on all repairs and the service call fee is waived. That savings often pays for several months of membership on a single repair.

What if I have two AC systems?↓

The base membership covers one system at $299/year, split evenly into 12 monthly payments of $24.92. Each additional system is the same: $299/year, so two systems would be $598/year ($49.83/mo total) — still significantly cheaper than separate one-time tune-ups for each unit.

What is the free Protek Pulse smart thermostat?↓

Every new Tune-Up Club member gets a Protek Pulse smart thermostat free. It connects your system to year-round remote monitoring, so we can keep an eye on how it's performing between visits, and it lets us run two remote system performance tests a year on top of your two in-person tune-ups. If something starts trending the wrong way, we can catch it before it turns into a breakdown.

When do I schedule my first tune-up after joining?↓

We call you within 48 hours of enrollment to schedule your first visit. You don't need to chase us down — we reach out proactively to get you on the calendar at a time that works for you.
