You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a service request, or opt in to SMS communications. By using this site or providing your phone number, you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service requests. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

3. SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS communications from Protek Property Solutions Inc. (DBA Protek Heating & Cooling), you agree to the following:

• Program description: Our forms include two separate optional SMS consent checkboxes: (1) Marketing — promotional messages including seasonal offers, maintenance plan discounts, and service announcements; and (2) Non-marketing — transactional messages including appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, delays, and rescheduling notifications. Each checkbox is independent. Consent to either or both is not required to submit a form or receive service.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and promotional preferences. You may receive multiple messages per service request.
• Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel all SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@protekps.com or 813-358-4610.
• Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sharing: SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Service Estimates

Any estimates or quotes provided via our website or through communication are not binding until confirmed in writing by a Protek representative. Actual pricing may vary based on on-site inspection findings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Protek Heating & Cooling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information provided herein. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services directly at issue.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
