This Wesley Chapel home had two aging systems: one mounted horizontally in a garage alcove and one standing in an interior closet. After an in-home consultation with TJ, Jacob's crew replaced both with 3 ton heat pumps and 5 kW of backup heat. The garage unit was rehung with a new emergency drain pan and primary and secondary float switches, so a clogged drain shuts the system off before water reaches the ceiling. Each system got a smart thermostat, a new disconnect and new breakers. Both systems were started on gauges, the job was permitted, and the crew walked the homeowner through the new systems before leaving.
