This South Tampa home sits up on a crawlspace, so every supply run lives under the floor, where heat, humidity and years of sagging had taken their toll on the old flex duct. We removed the entire existing duct system and replaced it with a redesigned one: new R4 insulated flex, properly sized boots, collars, mixing boxes and plenums, every run strapped up off the ground to local code, every connection triple sealed, and the finished system balanced so each room gets its share of air. The new ductwork carries a 10-year workmanship guarantee.
