This Land O' Lakes home runs on two separate systems, and both were due for replacement. After an in-home consultation with TJ, our crew replaced both: a 3.5 ton and a 2.5 ton heat pump, each with a new vertical air handler in its closet and 5 kW of backup heat. Each system got a new programmable thermostat, new electrical whips and a surge protector at the outdoor unit, and the job was permitted through Pasco County. The crew leveled each air handler, made up the line set connections, ran the new outdoor units on gauges at startup and checked supply air at the grilles before walking the homeowners through the new controls.
